- 1 package Jennie O Turkey Kielbasa
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1⁄2 diced onion
- 1⁄2 zucchini thinly sliced
- Salt/pepper/garlic to taste
- Heat olive oil in skillet. Add in kielbasa over medium heat.
- Let cook for a few minutes and once it is sizzling, remove from pan and set aside.
- Put raw veggies in the skillet and let them cook together for about 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Add in seasonings. Add kielbasa back into skillet with veggies.
- Cook together for another 5 minutes and then let cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.
