You see. I have never been more confident in my life that I have found the very thing that will make you successful.
I have worked with thousands of clients now and I have figured out the one aspect that the successful ones have that the ones that quit didn’t.
THEY DIDN’T ENJOY IT!
Omgosh! So simple but it is completely true.
If you don’t like something, it is only a matter of time before you quit and throw in the towel.
Think about it, all humans really want to do it to feel good. Some of us do it in less desirable ways like drinking, drugs, gambling…but nonetheless, we want to feel good.
Working out is no different. If we enjoy what we are doing we begin to get addicted to it. The feeling it gives us.
If you are doing a program that isn’t fun, that causes you pain, that feels like a chore…what are you going to do?

So here is the deal. You need to find something that works for YOU!
Maybe it’s a group class, maybe it’s running, hiking, swimming, biking, ballet, yoga, basketball, weightlifting, or an online community like LucraFit.
Whatever it is, don’t stop trying until you find it!

Start there and you’ll figure it out!
