- 1-2 lbs Ground Turkey or Beef (93% lean)
- 6 Bell Peppers
- Seasoning of choice (ex. taco)
- Low Fat Shredded Cheese
- Cook turkey in a pan until browned.
- Add seasoning & water. Core peppers.
- Fill peppers with turkey meat.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
To make this a high carb meal, add rice inside of peppers.
