- 1 Salmon Fillet (4 oz)
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Kerry gold butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, and add honey, garlic and pineapple juice.
- Let simmer about 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- Pour sauce over salmon and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
