Really what you are looking for is consistency. Consistency is the key to everything.

- START YOUR DAY WITH BREAKFAST
- LIMIT FAST FOOD
- EAT REAL FOOD
- LISTEN TO YOUR HUNGER
- EAT MORE VEGGIES
- DRINK MORE WATER
- DON’T SKIP MEALS
- SNACK WHEN YOU’RE HUNGRY
- AVOID POP AT ALL COSTS
- IT’S OKAY TO NOT EAT PERFECTLY
