It drives me crazy when I hear someone say they’re going Keto, low carb, or zero carbs with no reason other than carbs are bad and that’s why they have extra weight!
PLEASE stop believing every ad you see!
This time of year, fitness celebs are selling everything under the sun to make a quick buck.
Seriously, if the diet sounds miserable, don’t do it.
It’s not worth it if you can’t enjoy the holidays with your loved ones.
Not interested in eliminating carbs or that glass of wine? Don’t want to take a pill for “insane fat burning” that doesn’t work?
DON’T DO IT!
You CAN get the results you want while enjoying the food you’re eating—all without the endless loop of restriction and binging.
The lifestyle you want does exist!
Here, we eat carbs, enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and make progress on our health and fitness goals.
It is all about consistency and what you do most often.
My wish for you is to eat healthy because it’s good for you.
I also want you to enjoy the holidays with your family, your friend’s wedding, or wine night with the girls without beating yourself up for having a few treats!
