- 6-8 oz lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 tbsp minced onions
- 2 oz chopped dill pickles
- 1⁄4 cup iceberg shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp low-calorie Thousand Island dressing
Brown the ground beef, drain any fat.
Season with salt & pepper.
While beef is cooking, mince onions and chop pickles.
Place meat in a large bowl and then add pickles, lettuce, & onions.
Toss, then top with dressing.
