Ingredients – (Makes 16 to freeze)
- 12 eggs
- 1⁄2 cooked turkey sausage
- 1 cup salsa
- 1⁄2 cup fat free shredded cheese
- 16 low carb wraps (small)
Scramble eggs on medium heat. Spray with cooking olive oil prior, so nothing sticks. Chop up turkey sausage. Add salsa, sausage, and cheese. Cook until ingredients are heated through. Drain juice from salsa. Let cool. Lay out wraps and add 1⁄4 cup of egg mixture to each one. Roll up like a burrito. Saran wrap each burrito and store in freezer.
